This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.The Role As Account Manager, you will have full responsibility for contract performance, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and financial success. You'll lead a team of engineers and supervisors, drive operational standards, and act as the primary point of contact for the client.Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the contract with full accountability for performanceManage and develop engineers and supervisors, driving high standards and engagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service deliveryOversee contract budgets, costs, and commercial performanceEnsure delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activitiesDrive compliance, health & safety, and operational excellence across the accountIdentify opportunities for service improvements and added valueAbout You Proven experience as an Account Manager, Contract Manager, or similar FM leadership roleStrong facilities management background, ideally within hard FM environmentsTechnical qualification or background, preferably electricalExperience leading engineering teams and subcontractorsCommercially astute with experience managing budgets and contract performanceStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsA proactive individual who takes ownership and delivers resultsWhat's on Offer?
