This is a succession appointment into a business that already works.The RoleWinning work is the core of the job — and the whole operation is yours to run. You'll build relationships with main contractors, M&E consultants, architects and end-user clients, influence specifications at design stage, own the tender process and lead the commercial negotiation, then see projects through to handover with a technical and delivery team reporting to you. Sales-led, with the seat and the authority behind it.The CandidateYou've sold and delivered construction packages — fit-out, interiors, M&E or building services — and you know your way around tenders, consultants and main contractors.
