Logistics Compliance AuditorSalary: Competitive + Company Car + 25 Days Holiday + Excellent BenefitsTerritory: South of EnglandIdeal locations: Swindon, Oxford, Reading, Newport or ThurrockType: Full-time, PermanentA leading international logistics and circular economy organisation is looking for a Logistics Compliance Auditor to support operational standards across its depot and manufacturing network.This is a field-based role covering sites across Southern England, with quarterly audit visits to Ireland. The position would suit someone with experience in quality assurance, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or operational compliance who enjoys working independently and spending time on-site.The RoleYou will be responsible for auditing quality, operational performance, health & safety compliance and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.Key responsibilities include:Conducting quality inspections of new and repaired equipment/products against internal and industry standardsAuditing compliance with PEFC, ISPM15 and other operational requirementsReviewing depot performance metrics, including stock accuracy, productivity and damage ratesCarrying out stock counts and inventory auditsIdentifying non-conformances and supporting corrective action plansDelivering guidance and training to site teams where improvements are requiredSupporting SHEQ compliance and promoting safe working practices across the networkProducing audit reports and maintaining accurate recordsTravel RequirementsThis is a high-travel role and applicants must be comfortable with:Regular travel throughout the Newport-Thurrock territoryFrequent overnight stays when requiredLone working and autonomous diary managementQuarterly trips to Ireland lasting approximately 3-4 daysNote: A company vehicle and all business travel expenses are provided.About YouWe are looking for candidates with:At least 2 years' experience within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, quality assurance or a similar operational environmentStrong attention to detail and confidence working independentlyThe ability to influence and challenge operational teams when standards are not being metGood IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeA full UK driving licenceDesirable experience includes:Quality or compliance auditingSHEQ processesIndustrial packaging or supply chain equipment manufacturingSAP or similar business systemsWhat's On Offer?Company car25 days holiday plus bank holidaysAll travel and accommodation expenses coveredLong-term career opportunities within a market-leading international businessA varied and autonomous field-based roleIf you're looking for a role that combines quality, compliance, operational improvement and regular site interaction, we'd like to hear from you.ASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
