You will be stepping in to a well established business and maintain the machinery and site services. This role sits at the heart of operations, where your ability to respond, adapt, and maintain standards directly impacts output, quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role:Carry out essential repairs and adjustments to minimise disruption to cooking, production, and packingAccurately log data and readings for industrial refrigeration and plant equipmentUtilise PPM systems to support both planned and reactive maintenanceContribute to and promote a continuous improvement culture across siteCommunicate effectively with the wider engineering team and site staff via shift diaries and internal systemsWork across a range of systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, three-phase electrics (inverters and PLCs), compressed air, refrigeration and mechanical componentsSkills & Experience Required for this Maintenance Engineer role:Level 3 Engineering QualificationMulti-skilled with either a Mechanical or Electrical biasExperience within food manufacturingStrong hands-on approach with the ability to fault-find and resolve issues quicklyMethodical, organised working style with strong attention to detailA proactive approach to problem-solvingFlexibility to work rotating shiftsApply TODAY to express an interest.
