Team Leader

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Team Leader to help drive our factory operations and lead from the front. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Line Leader or Supervisor who is ready to progress into a broader leadership role.Working hours: 06:45am to 6:30pm on a 4 on, 4 off shift patternWhat You'll Be DoingAs our Team Leader, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will:Lead and organise production teams to achieve daily targetsProvide cover for the Supervisor and oversee factory operations when requiredManage customer orders, production records, labels and stock controlEnsure all products meet quality standards and customer specificationsMaintain high standards of hygiene, safety and operational proceduresSupport, train and motivate team members to perform at their bestMonitor staff performance, timesheets and production efficiencyCommunicate effectively with customers and management regarding orders and production requirementsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious supervisory or line leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentA hands-on approach and the confidence to lead by exampleStrong communication and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindsetThe ability to motivate and develop othersFlexible, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environmentGood computer skills and experience maintaining production recordsWhy Join Us?This is more than just a Team Leader role it's an opportunity to step up, take ownership and develop your leadership career within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
