Field Service EngineerAcross the SouthEXTENSIVE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDEDWe are currently recruiting for aField Service Engineerto join a growing renewable energy business, supporting assets across the South of the UK.Package & BenefitsUp to £45k baseOn-call allowance: £165 per weekOvertime paid for call-outs (minimum 4 hours per call)Company van provided26 days annual leave bank holidaysOngoing training (including Gas Safe and OEM systems)The RoleAs a Field Service Engineer , you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and performance of power plant systems, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across power generation plantsDiagnose and repair faults on power generation systemsSupport installation, commissioning, and post-handover defect rectificationIdentify required spare parts and support asset reliability improvementsRespond to breakdowns and participate in an on-call rotaRequirementsExperience work in a field based roleStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across mechanical and basic electrical systemsExperience completing service and inspection reportsWorking PatternMonday to Friday (40 hours per week, between 8am7pm)Overtime paid at 1.5xOn-call rota: 1 week in 5 (Friday to Friday) call outs paid at 1.5x for a minimum of 4 hoursFrequent travel across the South with occasional overnight staysTo applyTo apply for the Field Service Engineer position, contact Todd McGreevy,,01296 737313INDMIDDue to the volume of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to respond to every application individually.
