Nursery manager- Independent setting

Our client is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager based in Wimbledon who will be responsible for overseeing and managing their busy Nursery and Kids Club (please note the nursery and kids club are two different Ofsted registrations)For this role the nursery Manager is responsible for the daily operations of both early years settings, ensuring top-tier childcare, statutory compliance, and a safe, stimulating environment. The manager must be able to lead staff, manage occupancy and budgets, and build strong partnerships with parents.This independent nursery is a large setting, so the ability to multi task and manage multiple staff members is essential.The role is a full time position, Monday- Friday (40 hours per week)- there is however flexibility required based on the nurseries needs.Role is 100% nursery based in Central Wimbledon (SW19)The salary on offer for this role is £40,000-£45,000 , dependent on experience and qualifications.For more details on the role please do apply!*Please note we are an agency working on recruitment on behalf of the nursery & have worked with the nursery for many years*TPBN1_UKTJ
