CBW is currently looking for A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located in Waterloo The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following.Duties & Responsibilities:Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - ResetWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingHours of work / RateMonday - Friday6:00 am - 15:00 pm / 13:00 pm - 22:00 pm weekly rotatingStarting Immediately ( Monday 20/07/26 )Call-Out Rota: 1 week in every 6 weeks covering 22:00 06:00 and weekends. £150 standby payment per week plus additional call-out payments.£26p/hRequirements Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesMechanically / Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 etcA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceGood communication skillsClient FacingImmediately available or able to start at short noticeIf you are interested please email your CV or contact to Cammie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.TPBN1_UKTJ
