Foreman / Site Manager - ConstructionLocation: Greater Belfast (with potential ROI projects)We are seeking an experienced and proactive Foreman / Site Manager to lead on-site operations and deliver construction projects to the highest standards. This role is central to ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications, while maintaining strong coordination between site teams and management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily site operations , ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specificationCoordinate and manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflowsInterpret and implement technical drawings, plans, and specificationsMonitor site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulationsTrack project progress, maintain accurate site records, and provide regular updates to project managersIdentify and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectivelyEnsure tools, equipment, and materials are used efficiently and properly maintainedRequirementsProven experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role within constructionStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teamsSound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and documentationExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approachStrong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teamsRelevant certifications in site safety or construction managementWhat's on OfferCompetitive Salary (based on experience)Company vehicle and fuel cardStandard working hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday , with occasional overtimeVaried project work ranging from short-term (2 days) to longer-term (up to 12 weeks)Projects primarily across Greater Belfast , with potential for work in ROIIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.TPBN1_UKTJ
