Youll transform insight into action uncovering customer pain points, validating solutions through experimentation, and delivering production-ready UI that performs.This is not a role for passengers. Its for a design leader who thrives in pace, complexity and scale.You will:Elevate the online shopping experience across a growing multi-brand portfolioShape and evolve a robust multi-brand design system, raising UX maturity across the groupTurn research, analytics and testing into commercially impactful solutionsDeliver polished, production-ready UI, prototypes and UX artefactsPartner closely with product, trading, creative, research, CRO and engineering teamsDrive experimentation and optimisation that improves conversion and performanceChampion design craft, standards and smarter ways of workingYoull influence strategy, balance customer needs with commercial objectives, and help embed a culture of insight-led design.What You BringYoure a confident, hands-on UX leader with 5+ years in product or UX design, ideally within e-commerce, retail or customer-facing digital products.You know how to:Navigate the full design lifecycle from discovery to deliveryTranslate research into sharp problem framing and actionable insightBuild and scale design systems using component libraries and clear standardsDeliver measurable outcomes, not just beautiful screensWork across multiple brands and customer cohortsCraft compelling narratives that influence stakeholdersExperience with native apps and strong knowledge of Material 3 or Human Interface Guidelines is advantageous.Figma and usability best practice are second nature.
