The role involves the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of window film on rolling stock, ensuring a high-quality finish and compliance with customer standards.Skills & Experience RequiredExperience carrying out installation, maintenance, or repair work in a manufacturing, rail, automotive, construction, or similar environment.Good practical skills with the ability to use hand tools and specialist equipment.Experience applying vinyl, window film, signage, wraps, tinting, or similar materials would be advantageous.Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish.Ability to follow work instructions and technical procedures.Comfortable working within a safety-critical environment.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Physically capable of carrying out manual handling activities.Flexible approach to working shifts, weekends, and nights where required.Rail industry experience desirable but not essential as training will be providedRullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants.TPBN1_UKTJ
