Facilities Maintenance TechnicianDepartment: Facilities ManagementReports to: Technical Services LeadRole OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair of building systems including furniture, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across client sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver PPM and reactive maintenanceDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systemsMonitor plant, equipment, and building servicesRespond to breakdowns and maintenance requestsSupport installations, upgrades, and minor project worksMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with H&S standardsProvide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholdersProvide support to facilities department to ensure contract deliveryAbout YouExperience in FM, building services, or maintenance engineeringKnowledge of M&E systems, HVAC, and controlsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of health & safety practicesReliable, organised, and team-focusedQualificationsNVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent technical qualificationFull UK driving Licence (Essential)IOSH Working safely or equivalent Health & Safety Qualification (Preferred)18th Edition, F-Gas, (advantageous)What We OfferCompetitive salary + overtimePension schemeTraining and career developmentCompany tools, uniform & PPEMeal allowanceAdditional InformationTravel between sites requiredOn-call rota participationOccasional out of hours working may be requiredTPBN1_UKTJ
