This role offers genuine career growth for the right person, and we are looking for someone driven who wants to develop and progress within the company.In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of energy-related projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, time, and budget requirements. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, overseeing vendor and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, facilitating inspections, coordinating logistics, and driving team collaboration.The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to support the sales team by carrying out site surveys as required, contributing to the wider success of the business.QualificationsProficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, milestone tracking, budgeting, and reportingExperience in procurement of materials and sub-contractors to meet project and budget targetsFamiliarity with Inspection processes to ensure quality standards and compliance are metStrong knowledge of mechanical & electrical servicesKnowledge of BMS controls and control strategiesStrong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlinesPrevious experience in M&E projects, energy-related projects or a similar industry is an advantageRelevant certifications or a degree in project management, engineering, or related fields is preferredTPBN1_UKTJ
