As an ER Advisor, youll play a pivotal role in supporting operational and functional teams with all aspects of employee relations. Working closely with site leadership and the ER Manager, youll provide expert, practical advice across a wide range of people matters from absence and conduct to organisational change ensuring best practice, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Youll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What youll do on a typical day:Provide expert advice and guidance on absence, conduct, capability, grievance and wider ER mattersCoach and support managers to confidently handle ER cases in a timely, consistent and compliant wayMonitor ER trends, produce insights, and support continuous improvement across the siteAssist in delivering the ER People Plan, including supporting change programmes and development initiativesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) or QBE experience in an HR/ER advisory roleStrong knowledge of employment law and ability to apply policies in a practical, solution-focused wayExcellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence to challenge and build credibilityHighly organised, analytical and able to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environmentWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.#LI-SH1TPBN1_UKTJ
