Our client works with their customers and communities to change lives, andtheyrelooking for a highly motivated individual to join their Operations directorate as a Customer ResolutionsOfficer.As part of theirCustomerexperience team, you willbe responsible forproviding excellent customer care by being an ambassador for the customer and championing this across other teams. The successful candidate will take personal responsibility to ensure delivery of a high standard of customer service that is responsive to customer needs, meets the Organisations service standards and proactively keeps customers and stakeholders informed of progress. Youllwork effectively and proactively with colleagues to achieve the best service possible for their customer in their homes.Whats the role?You will be customer-focused, with the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people.Youllhave an excellent grasp ofcomplainthandlingand an understanding ofsocialhousing.You will havea backgroundincustomerservice,andknowledge of the housing or construction sectorswould be a distinct advantage.Key Accountabilities:Haveproactive communication with their customers across a range of outlets; telephone, text,emailandletterEnsure theloggingand monitoringoffeedback on the housing management system, ensuring requests and complaints are dealt withpromptly andappropriatelyVisitcustomers in their home to deal with complaints/requestsCollate and reporton customer satisfaction across all servicesWork collaborativelywith all stakeholdersacross the businessWhat are they looking for?Essential:Full drivers licence and access to a carSatisfactory DBS checkAbility to use IT systems, particularly Word and Excel to accurately input, record and extract dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focusAbility to work as part of a team with a positive and proactive attitude to changeExperience in a customer service environment dealing with complaintsPlanned/responsive repairs knowledge/experienceWhat can they offer you?28 days annual leave (pro rata)Employer pension contribution of up to 11%Development opportunitiesComprehensive employee rewards schemeHow they workThey embrace agile working blending time in their communities, shared spaces, and remote working.
