RISK ASSESSORSRVO Competitive Home Based - Bristol / BathROLE OVERVIEWYou will play a pivotal role in safeguarding residents and buildings by delivering Health & Safety and Fire Risk assessments across occupied residential environments. Your work will help clients understand their legal duties, prioritise actions, and evidence compliance with current UK regulations and best practice.Operating across diverse property types and resident profiles, you will translate technical findings into practical, proportionate recommendations. You will collaborate with property managers, building owners and contractors to close actions, reduce risk, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.ROLE EXPECTATIONSMost days you will be on site conducting structured inspections of communal areas, plant rooms and external spaces, engaging with responsible persons and on-site staff, and documenting observations with clarity and evidence.
