CNC Operator - Joinery

CNC Operator Rate: £20 - £24.00 per hour (DOE)We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a leading bespoke joinery manufacturer producing high-quality furniture, interiors and joinery for commercial, hospitality, retail and workplace projects.Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce components while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency and accuracy.The RoleSet up and operate CNC machinery.Manufacture bespoke joinery components from technical drawings and production schedules.Load materials and monitor machining processes.Carry out tool changes, machine adjustments and quality inspections.Work closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.Maintain machinery and ensure a clean, safe working environment.RequirementsPrevious experience operating CNC woodworking machinery within a joinery or cabinet manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Experience with CNC software such as Cabinet Vision, WoodWOP, AlphaCAM, BiesseWorks or similar would be advantageous.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Good understanding of woodworking materials and machining processes.Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer delivering high-end projects.TPBN1_UKTJ
