Salesforce Analyst/AdministratorLocation: Lutterworth, UKWorking Pattern: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility for remote working)Are you an experienced Salesforce professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a critical CRM platform and influence business-wide digital transformation?Working across the business, you will be responsible for ensuring the Salesforce platform remains robust, secure, and optimised to support both current operations and future growth.The RoleAs Salesforce Analyst & Administrator, you will act as the subject matter expert for the Salesforce ecosystem, driving continuous improvement, enhancing automation, and ensuring best practices are embedded across the platform.You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and maintain a high-performing Salesforce environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and maintain Salesforce data models, security models and platform architectureDefine requirements and integration strategies for new features and business initiativesLead Salesforce development activities using best practices across Apex, Lightning Components and automation frameworksEstablish and manage governance, change control and release management processesWork closely with senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business languageMaintain detailed documentation covering system design, integrations and data flowsManage user accounts, permissions, roles and profilesConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts and workflows to align with business processesDevelop and enhance automation using tools such as Flow BuilderManage platform security, sharing rules, data imports and data quality initiativesCreate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-makingProvide user support, troubleshooting and training across the organisationManage and prioritise a backlog of enhancement requests and system improvementsCoordinate Salesforce releases, audits and ongoing maintenance activitiesEnsure systems remain compliant with ISO and Quality Management System requirementsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring a strong blend of technical Salesforce knowledge, business analysis capability and stakeholder engagement experience.Essential Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Analyst positionsSalesforce certifications such as: Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Certified System ArchitectSalesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Proven experience with CRM workflows, data modelling, data migration and API integrationsStrong understanding of automation logic and Salesforce best practicesExperience translating business requirements into technical solutionsDemonstrated ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesExcellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation skillsCore CompetenciesStrong planning and organisational abilityExcellent deadline and pressure managementAnalytical thinking and creative problem-solvingCustomer-focused communication skillsRelationship building, mentoring and collaborationAbility to provide technical leadership and influence Salesforce strategyDesirableDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experienceWhat's on Offer?Hybrid working with flexibilityOpportunity to take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce platformExposure to strategic projects and senior stakeholdersA collaborative environment where your expertise will directly influence business successOngoing professional development and certification supportIf you're a Salesforce expert who enjoys combining technical excellence with business impact, please apply today!TPBN1_UKTJ
