Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all supervisory functions for the designated unit
Assist in the development and execution of staff policies and procedures
Guide and mentor junior nurses, providing clinical and career guidance
Ensure adherence to care standards within the unit
Evaluate Resident records and the quality of care provided
Supervise overall care and assess individual Resident cases
Address inquiries or concerns raised by Residents or their families
Advocate for the unit's needs with upper management
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid State RN License is required
Preferred: 3 years of experience in Long Term Care
Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
Proficient computer skills are essential
Strong communication abilities are a must
