Location: Multiple Tennessee Locations (Cookeville, Lafayette, Oakland & Shelbyville)

Pay: $28.00–$40.00 per hour (DOE) + Overtime

\n

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

About the Position

\n

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman / Form Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on heavy civil construction projects throughout Tennessee. Projects include water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and municipal infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in structural concrete, formwork, and crew supervision.

Responsibilities

  • \n

    Lead and supervise concrete/form carpentry crews

    • \n
  • \n

    Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

    • \n
  • \n

    Coordinate daily work activities and maintain production schedules

    • \n
  • \n

    Build and install formwork for structural concrete

    • \n
  • \n

    Oversee rebar placement, embedded items, anchor bolts, and concrete pours

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards

    • \n
  • \n

    Coordinate with superintendents and other trades on site

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

    • \n

Qualifications

    \n
  • \n

    Experience as a Concrete Foreman or Form Carpenter Foreman

    • \n
  • \n

    Heavy civil construction experience required

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong knowledge of structural concrete and formwork systems

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience with poured-in-place concrete

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to read blueprints and construction plans

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience leading crews and maintaining production schedules

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong commitment to safety and quality

    • \n
