Key Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities that promote engagement and well-being.

• Work collaboratively with therapists, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document resident progress and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
