\n \nNorth Star Behavioral Health System is seeking an Inpatient Child Adolescent Psychiatrist [Remote/Telehealth Optional] to join our established behavioral health team.
\n \nThis role is open to 100% Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite arrangements for the right-fit candidate.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS\n- \n
- Inpatient Child Adolescent Psychiatry. \n
- Successful candidates will thrive in highly team-based treatment team environments. \n
- Optional outpatient, PHP, and residential treatment involvement optional. \n
- Flexible scheduling, including block schedules or Monday-Friday. \n
- Full-time or part-time Remote/Telehealth options available. \n
- 100% Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite arrangements for the right-fit candidate. \n
- Shared weekend coverage, choice of Remote or Onsite (approximately 1:5). \n
- One evening of phone-only call per week. \n
- Dedicated clinical support staff and multidisciplinary treatment team. \n

- MD or DO degree. \n
- BE/BC in General Psychiatry through ABPN (required). \n
- BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry through ABPN (preferred). \n
- 1+ year's previous full-time Inpatient Telehealth experience strongly preferred. \n
- Alaska Physician/Medical License, in good standing. \n
- \n
- Compensation range: $360,000-$380,000. \n
- Additional potential earnings through productivity bonus structure. \n
- Malpractice + tail coverage included. \n
