Bankruptcy Attorney
Job Description
Our client is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of experience in Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Transactional Law and active New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar admission to join their team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategy.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and legal correspondence.
Advise clients on legal matters and develop effective legal strategies.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as needed.
Maintain organized case files, ensure compliance, and collaborate across practice areas.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Bar admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Experience in Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Transactional Law.
Strong legal research skills using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Excellent legal writing, drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
