Commercial Lines Account Manager

Are you a detail-oriented insurance professional with a passion for client service and marketing? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients and producers. This is a dynamic role where you’ll manage commercial accounts, prepare submissions, negotiate with carriers, and ensure clients have the right coverage in place.

What You’ll Do

• Manage client accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
• Prepare insurance applications, supplemental documentation, and client proposals.
• Negotiate carrier quotes and coordinate binding of coverage.
• Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and billing.
• Maintain records in the agency management system with precision.
• Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and underwriters to deliver outstanding service.
  

Qualifications

• College degree or 2–3 years of insurance experience (commercial lines preferred).
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret insurance policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
