1st shift Weld Cobot Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm)

• Operate robotic and collaborative (cobot) welding equipment.
• Load and unload parts into welding machines.
• Monitor weld quality and inspect finished products.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

1st shift Weld Cobot Operator Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience
• Recent high school graduates are welcome to apply.
• Welding classes, vocational welding training, or hands-on welding coursework accepted.
• No professional welding experience required if candidate has welding school/course experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
