Punch List Technician / Maintenance Technician
Lakewood, OH
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour | Contract-to-Hire | Weekly Gas Stipend

Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring a dependable Punch List Technician / Maintenance Technician for a growing apartment community in Lakewood, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with apartment maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality repairs, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience who are comfortable completing punch list items, unit turns, and general repairs.

Punch List Technician / Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

\n
• Complete apartment punch list items and unit turn work
\n
• Perform basic repairs throughout occupied and vacant apartments
\n
• Repair and replace light fixtures, hardware, and household appliances
\n
• Perform basic plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, and drains
\n
• Complete minor carpentry, painting, and drywall touch-ups
\n
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
\n
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
\n
• Respond to maintenance requests as assigned
\n

Punch List Technician / Maintenance Technician Qualifications

\n
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a multi-family residential community
\n
• Knowledge of basic apartment maintenance and repairs
\n
• Experience with plumbing, lighting fixtures, and household appliances
\n
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools including drills, saws, circular saws, plumbing tools, and standard maintenance equipment
\n
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
\n
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and climb stairs or ladders
\n
• Reliable transportation required
\n

Punch List Technician / Maintenance Technician Requirements

• Must pass a background check
\n
• Candidates who currently work or have previously worked for Burton Carroll Management are not eligible for this position
\n
• Ability to participate in the rotating on-call schedule (every 3 weeks)
\n
