IL - NP contract need in Countryside - August 3-November 1

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting August 3-November 1 at their Corporate Health clinic in Countryside, IL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, chronic disease management, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break, Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break, and either Tuesday 8:30am-1:30pm or Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm. Provider must have 3+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered. DOT certification and ability to speak Spanish is preferred, as is Epic EMR experience.\n
