IL - NP contract need in Rosemont - September 15-December 31

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting September 15-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Rosemont, IL. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am-7:00pm, Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-12:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.\n
