Job Summary
A growing real estate services organization is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Representative to expand referral relationships and generate new business throughout Florida. This is a direct hire opportunity based remotely with local travel, ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and representing a company in the real estate community.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with REALTORS, mortgage lenders, real estate investors, attorneys, and other referral partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, follow-up, and community involvement.
- Attend industry meetings, networking events, and local business functions throughout Florida.
- Promote company services to prospective clients and referral sources in a professional, consultative manner.
- Maintain consistent communication with current and prospective partners to support long-term business growth.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and relationship development updates for management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year, based on industry experience.
- 15% commission on policies sold.
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity.
- Mostly remote position with local travel throughout Florida.
- Occasional office attendance required for training and client meetings.
- Company credit card provided for business-related travel, networking, meals, and client entertainment, with monthly expense reports required.
- One week of paid vacation during the first year.
- Two weeks of paid vacation beginning the second year.
- Additional unpaid time off available with approval.
- Health insurance is not currently offered, but is planned for the future.
