Our established systems facilitate a smooth transition for new providers, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care from day one.

Additionally, he is available daily to provide guidance and answer questions as they arise. • Provide high-quality restorative dentistry to a loyal patient base of 8,000 active patients.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections with a daily guarantee of $1,000. All in-house lab work is fully covered by the practice, with no lab fees incurred by the associate. The compensation range reflects estimated annual earnings based on collections, with final earnings dependent on patient volume and clinical productivity.
