As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will be responsible for delivering care and services that help patients achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your duties will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, provide instructions, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Current licensure/registration in the relevant state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
