Job Description The Opportunity: Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join their Emergency Room team. As an RN on this team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. • Accountable for utilizing the nursing process
\n
• Performs patient care, delegates patient care tasks, and for supervises other patient care staff
\n
• Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients
\n
• Consults with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes
\n
• Demonstrates proficiency and abide by policies rules guidelines and procedures
\n

Saint Luke's East Hospital is dually certified through the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and AMI Center; we offer 24/7 cardiovascular interventions through our STEMI program. We currently have an opportunity for an RN to work in our 35-bed Emergency Department. Strong teamwork and effective communication skills are essential.
