Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, air conditioning, and engine components.
- Assist customers with roadside assistance services.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces.
- Adapt to various temperature conditions while maintaining a focus on safety and customer satisfaction, adhering to our safety policies and procedures.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by our organization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items and work in varying temperatures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
