Facility in NV Seeks a Locums Psychiatrist
Job Description
Our organization is dedicated to streamlining the locum tenens process for healthcare professionals. Position Details- Schedule: 7:30 AM - 5 PM, no on-call duties
- Patient Load: 8 to 15 patients daily
- Facility: 30-bed adult inpatient behavioral health unit
- Consultations: 1 to 3 medical/surgical consults each day at the main hospital
- Census Management: Shared with another psychiatrist or nurse practitioner
- Court Hearings: Conducted on Wednesdays at the facility
- Treatment Meetings: Daily team meetings at 8:15 AM
- Experience: Preference for candidates with adolescent crisis and inpatient experience
- Pay Rate: Ranges from $185.00 to $220.00 per hour
- Payment Structure: Weekly deposits with all-inclusive rates that may include overtime, on-call, and holiday pay

- Credentialing Support: Simplified process for credentialing and privileging
- Online Access: Portal available for assignment details and time entry
