Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in the ICU, adhering to the highest nursing standards.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and execute personalized patient care plans.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for precise and timely documentation.
- Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and actively participate in patient care discussions.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
