Compensation: $2387 - $2876 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Our organization in Kearney, NE, is in search of a dedicated and skilled RN to become part of their Labor & Delivery team. This facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and is devoted to keeping mothers and their newborns together, creating a distinctive and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 laboring ratio.
  • Applying your strong IV skills and experience with C-sections to assist the team effectively.
  • Providing support in the NICU for feeders and growers as necessary.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including lactation counselors and maternity educators.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation through the MediTech EMR system.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Valid RN license.
  • Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP (FHM preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
