Join Our Team as a Nocturnist Internal Medicine Physician

We are currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to become a part of our Hospitalist team as a Nocturnist at our suburban medical center. This position offers a competitive base salary along with incentives, including a generous sign-on bonus of $50,000, coverage for malpractice insurance, and a 403B matching plan.

About Our Facility

Our medical center is a Level 4 Trauma Center, licensed for 146 beds and currently staffed for 101. Last year, our 24/7 emergency department served over 20,000 patients. We also have an 8-bed ICU, 5 NICU beds, and 15 obstetric beds, with more than 600 births and nearly 4,400 admissions recorded in the past year. Positioned as a community medical center in West Des Moines, we focus on general medical-surgical care, obstetrics, orthopedics, and bariatrics.
