Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, technical competencies, candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring timelines.
Source active and passive candidates through professional networks, resume databases, social media, referrals, technical communities, events, and other targeted channels.
Conduct screening interviews to evaluate technical background, relevant experience, career interests, communication skills, and alignment with position requirements.
Recruit for roles in Data Analysis, Advanced Analytics, Big Data Engineering, Tech Product Manager, Project Mgmt., Tech Business Mgmt, and Artificial Intelligence(AI).
Experience in recruiting for roles in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and IT support is a plus.
Develop accurate, inclusive, and market-relevant job postings in partnership with business stakeholders.
Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates and interview teams, gather timely feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout the selection process.
Advise hiring leaders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation considerations, sourcing strategy, and process improvements.
Build and maintain talent communities and pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical positions.
Maintain complete and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
Track recruiting activity and outcomes, including pipeline health, time to fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and candidate experience.
Represent the organization professionally and support its employer brand across all candidate interactions.
Qualifications:
Five or more years of recruiting experience, including demonstrated success recruiting for IT or other technical positions.
Experience recruiting for specialized areas such as software development, cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and machine learning, data engineering and analytics, or telecommunications.
Experience using Workday, candidate relationship management tools, resume databases, and professional sourcing platforms such as Linked IN and Indeed.
Proficiency in Boolean search, X-ray searches, talent mapping, passive-candidate outreach, and pipeline development.
Ability to assess candidate qualifications against technical and business requirements and communicate findings clearly to hiring stakeholders.
Strong consultation, organization, prioritization, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated commitment to fair, consistent, and inclusive recruiting practices and the responsible handling of confidential information.
End to End External Recruiting experience preferably from an agency or consulting environment.
This includes direct sourcing experience using various methods(Boolean and Xray searches) and platforms such as Indeed and Linked IN.
Strong knowledge and experience recruiting technical candidates in AI, Data Analytics, Product Mgmt., General IT disciplines and non-technical candidates in Project Mgmt. and Call Center environments
Excellent Account Mgmt, Client Relationship and Communication Skills
Experience using Workday for internal and external placements and MS Office 365.
Must be agile and be able to manage shifting positions and workloads of 40-60 positions at a given time
