Associate Attorney
Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Attorney to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will work directly with clients across a broad range of legal matters, including immigration, family law, traffic, bankruptcy, and real estate. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client representation.
Draft, review, and respond to legal filings and correspondence.
Analyze legal issues and advise clients on appropriate legal strategies and remedies.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure efficient case management.
Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters.
Maintain accurate case files while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality legal services.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active member of the Illinois Bar in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
