An established, adult-focused practice in Crossville, TN is seeking a skilled clinician for a locum-to-permanent opportunity serving an older patient demographic. The practice delivers comprehensive general dentistry supported by a steady PPO and fee-for-service patient base.

Clinical operations run efficiently alongside a full support team including 1 RDH, 1 DA, and 1 EFDA to ensure a seamless daily workflow.

\nThe Role:\n

• Location: Crossville, TN 38555
\n
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday
\n
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch at 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM)
\n
• Patient Volume: 8–10 procedures plus approximately 10 hygiene checks per day ($5,000/day production expectation)
\n
• Clinical Scope: Bread-and-butter restorative, crowns, bridges, endo/root canals, dentures (required), and minor oral surgery/extractions (a plus)
\n
• Tech Stack: Dentrix Ascend
\n
• Preferred Skills: Right-handed operators only; experience with older adult populations
\n
• Compensation: Travel and lodging accommodations available based on production volume

\nWhat is Needed:\n

• Credentials: Active TN Dental License (or willingness to obtain; 2–4 week processing), DEA, and current BLS certification.

• Onboarding: 3–4 weeks fast-track onboarding.
