Tire Technicians play a vital role in our dynamic environment, ensuring cleanliness and friendliness at all times. • Compensation: Earn between $18.50 and $23.00 per hour.
• Tire Management: Take charge of the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee equipment repairs and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move over 75 pounds and work in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers by adhering to company safety protocols.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as necessary.
• Medical Certification: Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
