Eligibility Criteria for the Registered Dental Hygienist Role:
- Possess a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Hold an up-to-date CPR certification
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to oral health and patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH):
- Deliver educational guidance on dental hygiene and nutritional practices
- Eliminate plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing techniques
- Conduct impressions and/or take dental X-rays
- Apply preventive treatments such as antibacterial agents, sealants, and topical fluoride to reduce the risk of cavities
- Execute screening and monitoring tasks for patient assessments
