Lead the logistics strategy behind one of North America's largest shipping networks. As Director of Logistics and Transportation, you'll shape the carrier partnerships, transportation network and long-term direction that support our expanding distribution network. Shape company-wide strategy to strengthen procurement capabilities and enable us to deliver on our customer promise of same-day shipping.

  • \n

    Shape Uline’s logistics strategy across multiple transportation modes including LTL, parcel, truckload, intermodal, ocean and air.

    • \n
  • \n

    Own carrier procurement and contract negotiations, building strategic partnerships to strengthen capacity, improve service and optimize transportation costs.

    • \n
  • \n

    Use data and market insights to improve performance, strengthen reliability and drive transportation efficiency.

    • \n
  • \n

    Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

    • \n
  • \n

    Partner with executive leaders and across teams to shape long-term logistics strategy and drive enterprise transportation initiatives that support Uline’s continued growth.

Minimum Requirements

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Bachelor’s degree.

    • \n
  • \n

    10+ years of transportation, logistics or supply chain leadership experience.

    • \n
  • \n

    Proven success leading teams, influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience managing carrier relationships, including negotiations and performance management.

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive logistics improvements.
