Job Description

  • Specialty: CRNA

  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
    • \n
  • Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 6 months with the option to extend. Shift: 3x12 weekly with 1x24 hour OB weekend shift each month.
    • \n
  • Case Mix: Mainly OB and maybe some general surgery. CRNA must be able to place epidurals.
    • \n
  • Volume of OR cases per month or year, 600 cases per month, Number of deliveries per month or year, 500 annual deliveries
    • \n
  • Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction. 2 Anesthesiologist/2 CRNA or AA during day shifts. 2 Anesthesiologist 1 CRNA or AA on nights and weekends
    • \n
  • # of OR's: 25
    • \n
  • Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days (must have active TX license and clean file)
    • \n
  • Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, and BLS
    • \n
  • Active TX License: Required upon submission
    • \n
