- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates \n
- Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) \n
- Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date \n

- Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics \n
- Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine \n
- Previous leadership experience or a strong interest in veterinary leadership \n
- Strong communication, mentorship, and team-building skills \n
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and client service \n
