\nSprings Village Care Center is currently seeking a part time dedicated Occupational Therapist Registered to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional occupational therapy services to our residents.\n

Responsibilities:\n

• Assessing and evaluating residents' conditions.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting progress.
\n
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals.
\n

Requirements: (Mandatory flexible schedule a must)\n
\n

• Valid Occupational Therapist Registered license.
\n
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n

• Competitive compensation of $40.00 - $55.00 per hour. (Based off of experience and status)

  Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

  • Implement therapeutic techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and daily living skills.
  \n
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
  \n
  • Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
  \n
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and maintain patient confidentiality.

  Requirements
  \n
  \n
  • Current Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
  \n
  • Experience working in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.
  \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  \n
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  \n
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  \n
