- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. \n

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals. \n

- Valid Occupational Therapist Registered license. \n
- Prior experience in a long-term care setting. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n

- Competitive compensation of $40.00 - $55.00 per hour. (Based off of experience and status) \n

Responsibilities

- Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. \n
- Implement therapeutic techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and daily living skills. \n
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care. \n
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary. \n
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and maintain patient confidentiality. \n

- Current Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license. \n
- Experience working in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. \n
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. \n
