Job Opportunity: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based on-site and involves delivering restorative and therapeutic occupational therapy services to senior residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute treatment plans under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility.
• Promote safety and enhance the overall quality of life for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff to ensure comprehensive support.
