Registered Dental Hygienist

Our organization is a private practice led by a single dentist, and we are in search of a dental hygienist to join our team on Wednesdays and Thursdays starting in August, as our current hygienist is relocating. We prioritize fostering long-lasting relationships with our patients, which is reflected in our scheduling practices. We currently offer a compensation structure for hygienists that includes a daily rate along with a monthly commission based on individual production. However, we are open to discussing salary and benefits to find a suitable arrangement.

• Educating patients on dental health, including proper tooth care and dietary choices
• Removing plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing procedures
• Taking dental X-rays and/or intraoral photographs of teeth
• Applying preventive treatments such as prophylactic agents, antibacterial materials, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to reduce the risk of tooth decay
• Conducting screening and monitoring assessments

• $300-$400 per day
