Position Summary

Our organization specializes in evidence-based behavioral therapies aimed at assisting children with autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to enhance the independence and quality of life for our clients and their families.

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a crucial role in providing clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

In this role, you will:

• Guarantee that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to meaningful progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
• Deliver direct services to clients, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), oversee assigned cases, and consult on cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
• Support your clinical team in achieving professional development and success, tailored to their experience and growth stage. You will mentor, provide feedback, and encourage Program Managers and Interventionists to excel in their roles.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours weekly, 110 hours monthly).
• Supervise the Program Manager team to ensure they achieve at least 28 billable hours weekly (120 hours monthly).
• Deliver quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to uphold treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol adjustments.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.
• Provide supervision and documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as required.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatment plans.
• Offer precise skill assessments and direct feedback through Performance Management metrics to clinical team members (e.g., Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers).
• Deliver training as needed to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
• Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and interdisciplinary team meetings as applicable, presenting proposed goals, behavioral interventions, and modifications when appropriate.
• Collaborate with school personnel by observing students, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, and implementing necessary training with ongoing support.

Required Skills:

• Strong skills in ABA and clinical practices.
• Self-motivated with the ability to consistently schedule and attend client appointments and team meetings punctually.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to grammar and clarity.
• Effective time management abilities, balancing billable and non-billable hours, as well as direct and indirect supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships between the clinical team and client families.
• A collaborative team player with a customer service mindset, dedicated to serving client families and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred.
