  • Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE gastroenterologist, to join our established practice located in La Grange, KY, right outside of Louisville, KY.

  • Practice has 2 Physicians, 2 APRNs, and dedicated support staff
    • \n
  • One day a week in clinic and blocked time for scoping
    • \n
  • Well-managed endoscopy suite in the hospital
    • \n
  • Clinic office located on hospital campus
    • \n
  • Significant patient volume available for a new physician
    • \n
  • Excellent mentorship

  • Call is shared equally between two physicians (1:2 rotation) and is designed to support a balanced practice environment. Based on recent call data, consult volume averages approximately 1620 calls per month. Most overnight consults are managed remotely with patient evaluation the following day, and overnight return to the hospital is infrequent, averaging approximately 20 emergent food impaction cases annually requiring in-person intervention.
